Our new ecoHouse Furlan is located in a small village Sužid with the most beautiful view of mountain Krn, just 3 km away from Kobarid. It's situated in the middle of the Soča valley, which is an outdoor paradise for sports enthusiast as well as for historical and culinary exploration. House has wooden structure, filled with straw and has a very low impact on nature. It’s the best choice for those who love the nature and want to experience a unique stay in harmony with nature and modern comfort.
The comfortable, modern, eco-friendly apartment Pinja was finished in June 2017. It offers 55 square meters in the first floor of an eco-friendly house, built in 2010. There is a hall, 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200 cm) the other with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), a bathroom, a balcony and a large open area with kitchen, dining table and living room with sofa (2 extra beds – 160x200 cm) and TV. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal (induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, water heater, stick blender, hand mixer).
Situated in a quiet location in Sužid village, just 3 km from the Nadiža river, where you can find a perfect spot for summer swimming. On your way there you can stop (previous booking) at Hiša Franko with the famous chef Ana Roš. The emerald beauty – the Soča river is also 3 km away and offers water sports (kayak, rafting, hydro speed, canyoning), fishing and perfect spots for chilling and swimming. Our valley and the surrounding mountains are also ideal for hiking, paragliding, climbing, hang gliding, (mountain) biking and much more.
The towns Kobarid, Bovec and Tolmin with their shops, restaurants, pubs, museums and bars are a 3-15 minute drive away.
Our guests can use a terrace with the charcoal grill in the back yard, or just enjoy sitting in silence with a view of big orchard and the surrounding mountains.

We were very satisfied with the equipment. All the important consumables were available. The landlady was very friendly and accommodating. I can recommend any potential visitor to rent this accommodation because it makes an important contribution to sustainability.

Die Wohnung, der Garten, die Lage war optimal.
Leider keine möglich die Fahrräder unter zu stellen bzw. sicher abzuschließen.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder nach Slowenien es war landschaftlich sehr schön.

Tolle FeWo nahe Kobarid
Die FeWo liegt in Suzid, ca. 2 km von Kobarid entfernt. Bäcker und Geschäfte kann man also bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Die FeWo liegt in der ersten Etage eines mit traditionellen Baustoffen gebauten Hauses, erreichbar über eine Außentreppe. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind top: das Mobiliar ist handgefertigt und alles ist technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Haus liegt im Tal zwischen Matajur und Stol, für beide Ausblicke gibt's den passenden Balkon. Sehr dankbar waren wir für die Moskitonetze von den wichtigsten Fenstern und den praktischen Schlüsseltresor. Von Suzid fährt ein Hop on-hop off-Bus zu den wichtigsten Zielen der Umgebung. Der vergleichsweise warme Fluss Nadiza (im Vergleich zur Soca) ist ca. 3km über Rad-/Wanderweg erreichbar.
Unsere Vermieterin Tina war außergewöhnlich engagiert und freundlich. Unserer Tochter z.B. hat sie den Urlaub mit einem Ersatz für's kaputte Händi-Ladekabel gerettet.
Fazit: Klare Empfehlung, super FeWo in ruhiger Umgebung (wenn einen gelegentliche Kuhglocken nicht stören) mit Anschluss an Kobarid!

Tolles Appartement, engagierte Vermieter = klare Empfehlung!
Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Tina hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, Empfehlungen ausgesprochen und uns mit frischem Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau versorgt.
Die Gegend spricht für sich und ist einfach atemberaubend schön. Abends blickten wir vom Balkon auf die Berge und konnten tolle Fahrradtouren unternehmen. Es gibt ein paar Kilometer entfernt eine Badestelle in einem -aus meiner Erfahrung- sehr warmen Gebirgsfluss und viele tolle Wanderungen in der Nähe.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, wenn die Kinder “Rafting-ready” sind :)

Wunderbar und erholsam
Das Appartement war einfach wunderschön, sauber und,sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Frau Kofol ist eine sehr gute und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Schöne Ferienwohnung an ruhiger Lage
Eine modern und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im ruhigen Ort Sužid, welcher sich jedoch sehr nahe bei Kobarid mit entsprechenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befindet. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und vielerlei Möglichkeiten für sportliche Aktivitäten. Tina und Klemen sind sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns sogar zweimal mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt.
