However, your specific villa features its own dedicated, free private parking space right next to your entrance.



Easy Self Check-In: For your convenience, a secure mechanical lockbox is located at the villa's entrance, allowing you to easily retrieve your key and check yourself in smoothly at any time.

Peace & Luxury (Noise Policy): Our exclusive compound is a high-end sanctuary designed for rest, premium comfort, and tropical relaxation. Parties, events, or the use of loud sound systems/speakers are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property or pool deck. Quiet hours are strictly observed between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM—please respect the guests in our sister villa and the serene environment.



Embracing Tropical Nature: Directly overlooking a stunning, open coconut field means being fully immersed in nature. While the villa is brand new, built to luxury standards, and undergoes continuous, rigorous housekeeping, encountering small insects or local geckos is a normal part of island life in Thailand. This is completely natural and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.



Water & Electricity Policy: Water usage is fully included in your stay. For electricity, we provide a generous daily allowance included in the price, which easily covers standard, high-comfort usage. To encourage eco-friendly habits and prevent waste, extra charges will only apply in cases of excessive utility use (e.g., leaving all air conditioners running on high with the grand glass doors open to the pool, or keeping them on while you are out all day).



Please note that construction is taking place at a neighboring property, and occasional daytime noise may be heard.
