For your convenience, we provide a starter home kit with limited supplies of essentials like toilet paper, dish and hand soaps. Remember to bring additional items your group may need. Linens, towels, and AC units are provided. Contactless check-in.
A pet fee of $50 is required for guests bringing pets. The process for adding this fee depends on the booking platform:
Direct Booking through MVR Vacation Rentals, Inc. Website: During the booking process, follow the prompts to add the pet fee before completing your reservation.
Booking via Airbnb or VRBO: Complete your booking first, then send us a message notifying us of your pet. Once we receive your confirmation, we will send a request for the pet fee as an additional charge, as stated in our listing description.
Pet Friendly Rules:
✔ No more than 2 house trained dogs allowed. Potty pads do not qualify as house trained!
✔ Dogs cannot be left unattended in/at the rental property unless crated.
✔ Dogs cannot be off leash while outside.
✔ Guests will clean up after dogs and dispose of waste as stated in the rental book.
✔ If evidence of pets on the property without prior approval, subject to $300 damage charge.
