This was a wonderful place to stay for a TN game. Close enough to walk, food options close by. Quiet! The condo itself is GREAT! Clean, nice rooms, bathroom, TN decorated room. It was a perfect place to stay!! Can’t say enough about it. We loved it!!

This is a great place very close to UT. Was very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend. (This may be a Vrbo photo error as it shows 2 twin bunks, but it is one bunk (2 twin beds, not 2 twin bunks.)

We booked this condo for a baseball camp at The University Of Tennessee for my boys, and the condo was wonderful. The amenities provided were thoughtful and welcome. Parking is a little weird, but not unmanageable and definitely not a deterrent. Overall great stay, would stay again.

Cute condo in great location

New condo with good parking very close to UT campus and stadium. Easy communication with host who offered early check-in. There's an excellent food hall across the street. Very clean with all the amenities you need for a short stay. Great bunk room with fun games for kids and includes a nice balcony on the third floor. Of note, although the two bedrooms are located on different floors, there are no doors on the rooms. A curtain separates the second floor bedroom sleeping area from the bathroom which the third floor bedroom also utilizes, but take note if you require greater privacy or noise reduction. All in all, nice experience and would stay again!

Lovely, clean space

This was a great home base for exploring Knoxville for the Big Ears Music Festival! I was on my own, but this would also be a great spot for a family with kids. The host was also really helpful and let me check in a bit early. Highly recommend!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Gameday Getaway. We came for a weekend trip to attend a UT baseball game, and the location was perfect! My boys loved the Vols themed bunk room. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, Modern and Centrally located

We really enjoyed this property. It is beautiful inside. Very new. It is well decorated and gives the feeling that you are stepping into a model home. The hosts go the extra mile by having a nice booklet with many recommendations for restaurants and activities and also visual instructions for how to use the TV and operate the HVAC. It is right across the river from UT campus and across the street from a nice food hall you can walk to. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend visit

We have stayed in this property multiple times and will stay again. Our daughter lives across the street at the Davy so more than convenient to be so close to her and to campus. The property is exceptional and the host is always immediately available.

Perfect for visiting my UT student!

Exactly as it appears in the pictures! It is very clean... well stocked (towels, coffee, etc.)! And was the perfect amount of space for my 2 teenage sons and I! We will definitely look to stay here again.. It is great for traveling to/from campus, etc. The host was very responsive, as well. Highly recommend!

From our teenager to our grandpa who traveled with us, this place impressed us all! The host thought of everything we may need, and they showed quick responses with communication needs. We would LOVE to stay here again!
