The Nest is a luxurious, eco-friendly, self-contained wooden accommodation attached to our home, Kiladangan Cottage which was built in 1890 and is nestled in stunning Tipperary countryside. The Nest is a new build and features a private entrance and parking.

The Nest offers a cosy yet spacious atmosphere, equipped with solar panels, eco-friendly electric heating, and passive ventilation for sustainable comfort.

Designed for 2 to 4 guests, The Nest is ideal for unwinding and reconnecting with nature or for using as a base to explore the area and beyond. Enjoy breathtaking views, outdoor seating, abundant wildlife, and a spacious garden complete with a woodland area and a flowing stream.

Located near the shores of Lough Derg and the scenic village Dromineer, guests can explore excellent local dining options and benefit from easy access to the historic market town of Nenagh and the M7 motorway connecting Limerick to Dublin. We look forward to welcoming you!

Regarding disabled access - it is all on the one level and designed for those with mobility issues but not designated as 100% disabled friendly. If you have mobility issues, please reach out so that we can ensure your needs can be met.
