A Memory Made

Definitely different. Beautiful African beadwork, artwork and spectacular wood furnishings. One could spend hours soaking it all up. Our arrival was disappointing. Taken in through a side door to our room with no orientation about the palace its surroundings local places to eat. Exterior beautiful gardens neglected. Viewing deck total overgrown. Old rusty ladder lying their. Lounge pool dirty and definitely not five stars although it could be. All out door seating areas too dirty to sit on. A pity. Still, a comfortable room, nice communal kitchen and dining area.

EXCELLENT hotel. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which had amazing views into Kloof Gorge. Very spacious room with very large veranda/balcony and comfortable bed. Our hostess, Alta, was very sweet, nice, and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Tolle Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder.

Äußerst außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Lage toll. Design toll. Zimmer groß und toll eingerichtet. Das gesamte Gebäude ist leicht hellhörig. Sollten viele Gäste anwesende sein, könnte jemand mit leichtem Schlaf Probleme haben. Aber alles andere macht das mehr als wett. Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass das Hotel etwas außerhalb liegt und im Umkreis nicht viel los ist, außer Natur und Ruhe. Voll Empfehlung meinerseits.
