Nice hotel in a great city

Location of the hotel was great...just a few minutes from both the main train station and the city center. The hotel is located across the street from a beautiful lake. Check-in was easy and the room was nice with a beautiful bathroom. The two negatives were slow Wifi and check-out was really stressful. I had prepaid the reservation on hotels.com and it took forever for them to finally verify this. Then they tried to charge me 15 euros for a breakfast I didn't eat. Really nice hotel but they have to fix the checkout procedures.

Delightful hotel

This is a delightful boutique hotel in an amazing location. The hotel is on the edge of one of the city's most beautiful lakes, and within very easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel itself is decorated with taste and sensitivity, and as comfortable as one could ask. No issues at all.

Great place to stay

This was a great hotel. It has a small town feel while being large enough to have all the amenities you would want. The room and bathroom were spacious. The staff spoke English even though I don’t think this town gets a lot of English speaking visitors. The hotel was walking distance from the small Christmas market and to Schwerin palace.

No aircon

No aircon and with windows open there is lots of road noise, but not all night. The bed was a little on the lumpy side but overall the bedroom and bathroom were acceptable. Food good and polite staff
