overall is okay for staying. service also satisfactory. the problem is only with the online reservation. hotel should mention or add extra info on the website if they are not open for just any reservations.(due to current pandemic, special made arrangements can only be entertained.) refund is quit impossible.

First day dapat bilik tv takde signal.. complaint a few time until afternoon they give us change room..second room ok but the econ very noisy..second day they come and fix the econ..internet very poor.. first day no internet at all..second day can access but very slow..no parking allocate for hotel guest.
