The staff and location make this a lovely stay..

The staff a exceptionally nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. At reception I dealt with Aon who went above and beyond to extend our booking and I thank her immensely for her patience, help and kindness. The hotel has so much potential suitated on a beautiful beach on a stunning coastline. Attached to the hotel are the Rayong Chalets with two swimming pools , one adult and one childrens pool. Nice gardens well maintained. The chalets are nicely maintained. The hotel could do with some modernisation but really i.cant fault it. Its good value for money and not far from villages to shop, clothes washing facilities, pharmacy etc.

I can't make any positive comments but negatives there isn't enough space to list them all. The hotel is old and is run down the room furniture is in extremely poor condition as is the bathroom. The swimming pool is a disgrace and extremely dangerous the water had been allowed to turn green which indicates a lack of chlorine and other chemicals which help to prevent infections especially in the eyes, ears, and throat then there is the cleaning method used as the pool isn't allowed to fill and overflow the edge so as the water is cycled through the filtration system which is where the necessary chemicals are added they do it cheaply by using a submersible pump with a large bag to filter the water with a 220 volt power outlet (photos can be provided) within 50cm of the water this was being done during the time that the pool was open to the guests and the chemicals are dispersed over the pool by hand I could see the powdered chlorine lying on the bottom of the pool which won't dissolve unless circulated. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as there are many fine establishments big and small which are a lot better

Simple but nice

We were left to find a bungalow by ourself during 7:00pm that was a night time. We booked beach front bungalow but got "bungalow front bungalow" then walked back to the concierge and they explained that room is in the beach front zone. However, they changed a real beach front bungalow for us. Room were not clean, sticky and sandy floor, towels are very old with lots of stains and becoming brown towels.

Bra hotell för pengarna

Ett trivsamt hotell direkt på stranden. En lugn vistelse under veckan, lågsäsong, för att sen på helgen livas upp av thailändare i massor, främst från Bangkok. Det finns tre andra restauranger på gångavstånd annars rekommenderas moped för att ta dig runt.
