Upon entering, you will immediately take notice of the living room's high ceilings, ample natural lighting, and plush furnishing. The gas fireplace is great for cooler nights in, and the large smart TV is always ready to host family movie viewings. The adjacent chef's kitchen comes well-equipped for all of your culinary pursuits with its updated appliances.

Expansive and bright, the two primary bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms, complete with dual sinks and walk-in showers. With central air, soft linens, and homey furnishings in each of the bedrooms - no one's comfort will go unattended. Downstairs, extend the space for entertaining with the family room's foosball table, kitchenette, and seating area. A separate laundry room is available for added convenience.

A true focal point of Old KenDucky Home is its grand outdoor space, featuring multiple levels of decks, a private pool, a sand volleyball court, and tennis/basketball court access. Wonderful weekend in Duck

Old KenDucky was a great launching point for a special weekend with my wife and our two pups!Its location is fantastic, a short walk east gets you to the beach and a slightly longer walk west gets you right into town! The house was more than enough space (probably too much) for just us but it was so easy to settle in as if we were home. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but I find that typical in beach rentals. The only real negative was that I’m not sure how long it was vacant before us since it’s last cleaning. We found numerous (thankfully) dead bugs including wasps and roaches around the house. There were also some hairs on the bedding we had chosen and there were dirty pots in the cabinets. Other than those minor cleanliness issues the house was perfect and the ability to book a partial week was fantastic! We loved our time in Duck and look forward to visiting again

Great Accommodations

We loved how the bedrooms were set up on so many different levels and the extra bathrooms. So pleased that the dining room table fit all 10 of us, and the pool and hot tub were a bonus. We made constant use of the puzzles and puzzle table. The path to the beach was great since it was direct and shady! Loved the proximity to town as well. And the kitchen even made our family gourmet cook happy! Two dishwashers another bonus since she uses a LOT of dishes! The young'uns were wishing for a hammock someplace on the deck, but otherwise it was perfect!!
