Whether you're lounging in the shade, sipping morning coffee on the covered upper deck with ceiling fans, or hosting a family game night, there's room for everyone to relax. Inside, the vibrant kitchen has stainless-steel appliances—perfect for whipping up fresh seafood meals or quick snacks before hitting the beach. The colorful living room invites you to gather for movies, board games, or simply unwinding after a day in the sun. The bedrooms are bright, spacious, and furnished with comfort in mind, giving every guest their own peaceful place to rest at the end of the day. After a day of fun, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower and watch the sunset and from the decks.

But the true highlight? Location, location, location! Just a short walk brings you to the beach, where you can spend the day swimming, surfing, and soaking up the sun. You'll also be minutes away from local restaurants, boutique shops, and stunning sound views, perfect for capturing the sunset over the water.

Exploring Duck: Conveniently located between Corolla and the Southern beaches, Duck offers a small town feel with an abundance of dining, shopping and experiences that everyone in your group will enjoy! Venture out to the Town of Duck and check out the many shops, restaurants, Duck Amphitheater, and Town Park and take a stroll along the soundside boardwalk the perfect place to capture an amazing sunset.

Beach Access: Head east out of the driveway down Ocean Bay Boulevard. Public beach access for the community is at the end of the street.

Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings 51 Weeks in Advance: This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
