The property, in general, needs some attention. The entrance and driveway were so overgrown we almost missed the entrance. I purchased hedge trimmers to cut back some of the overgrowth so that it did not hit the sides of my car. I put red flags to mark the entrance at the street as there was no mailbox. Inside, the carpet was nasty. We appreciate the fact that pets are allowed and it is the end of the season, but a good cleaning is badly needed. Small appliances need to be replaced as well as some of the furniture. The place has a lot of potential but has been ignored for quite some time. The Dapper Duck was not so dapper!
