Ground Level: Outside amenities include a gas grill, parking for 2 to 3 cars, outside shower with changing area, sandy shaded area with a hammock and a boardwalk walkway to your own private Soundfront dock! Stairs to the mid level entry door OR boardwalk ramp to the mid level deck entry.
Mid Level: Entry Level. Sound views from all living areas in this home! Great room with seating, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8 and access to the Soundfront deck with lots of seating and a picnic table. Bedroom with 2 Singles that shares a hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Single. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with TV, private bathroom, deck access and sound views.
Top Level: Den with TV and deck access to a sun deck with sound views! Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom.
