Place was very good. House was clean and had several amenities. Porch decks were a highlight as the furniture was very well made and comfortable. Only real issue was that we got there and the realty company was slow to have the property ready. Said they still needed to send an inspector thru to check at 5:30pm. Although I appreciate the attention to detail, we just traveled for 8 hours and we wanted to get settled but had to wait in town before someone could check it. We had most of our car unpacked only to find out we had to reload it because we could not gain access yet. Not acceptable.

Attentive host. Great house and location. Perfect house for family with young children. Short walk to the beach. Yard beautifully landscaped able see wildlife throughout the day. House was clean and inviting. Highly recommend.
