"Annie Oakley" is located at Mile Post 3.75 on a quiet street that's great for biking, jogging, walking and offers easy and direct beach access. Enjoy 2 furnished sun decks, the east side deck offers a porch swing and sunrise view. From the west side deck you have a great view of the beautiful outer banks sunsets!

Ground Level: Outside shower and unfinished laundry/storage room with washer and dryer (only accessible from outside).

Top Level: Spacious great room with a large flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Sofa and deck access, galley kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2 and the dining area with seating for 7. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home charges a $250 Security Deposit, refundable pending no damage.
