This is the ideal spot for your next family vacation on the Outer Banks!

Our views are spectacular because we are on the top floor – so although you’ll need to take some stairs to get there – the ocean views are worth it! You will love relaxing on the furnished deck, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, sip an evening glass of wine, or watch your friends and family in the pool below.

Spread out over two stories, this third-floor condo boasts an open, sunlit floorplan with a well-equipped full kitchen, a dining area with seating for six, and a cozy living room with a TV to stream your favorite channels. With two bedrooms (king and queen beds), a loft (two twin beds), and two full bathrooms - there is plenty of room for the whole family!

While on the property, be sure to take advantage of the wide variety of resort amenities that include volleyball, tennis, ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball, a large pool and sunbathing deck with many lounge chairs and tables (along with a separate kiddie pool for the little ones), a snack bar, and a picnic area for summertime barbecues! The beach is just steps away, and parents can relax in comfort knowing that there is an ocean lifeguard stand right on the property.

This home is convenient to the boardwalk (just a mile away) with many wonderful shopping and dining options. The property was great in terms of cleanliness, space, value, and walk ability to the beach. However, the pool was under construction while we were there and the majority of our view was a construction site which was not accurately described in the property description. Also it was pretty hard to get the ac to work and cool down the unit despite confirming that it was working. Lastly, there were no food container options for storing leftovers and/or transporting food to and from beach/pool. No plastic bags, Saran Wrap, foil, or plastic dishes with lids for storing leftovers made it slightly challenging.

This property is very clean and perfect for what we needed. Our host communicated perfectly. We didn't spend time by the pool, but it was only because we were at the beach, shopping, sightseeing & attending a wedding! The pool looked wonderful though!Many good restaurants close by and shopping was very relaxing and fun! We really enjoyed Scarborough Faire!Highly recommend!

We had such a great week. The condo is so close to the pool and beach with a great view from the deck. And the property is very close to all of the shops and restaurants in Duck. Cathi is a wonderful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend.

Plenty of ducks given!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The hosts were very responsive to questions and accommodating. There was no detail unturned. We had everything we could need for a wonderful stay. This property was perfectly positioned to the amenities of the resort and within walking distance of area interests. We would definitely recommend renting and hope to return again next year!
