Kitchen was well stocked but refrid needs to be updated with ice maker. Kitchen cabinets and oven were not clean. Outside was poorly lit and there were no street lights which made entering the home at night difficult.

Perfect Summer House

This was a great house to vacation with the whole family. The host was wonderful when communicating about the rental property. Plenty of room for cooking and relaxing in the living room. We loved the location a short drive to multiple public beach access points in Kitty Hawk and the Avalon Pier.
