Goldenburg, we have nothing negative to say. It was a good house on the beach. we liked that it had it's own access. the upper deck view was great, the poly high chairs were comfortable to sit in and have coffee or look with our binoculars at the dolphins.The wood on steps, decks and walkway were weathered badly, but that's part of being by the ocean with wind,sand and salt. I hosed off all of the wood decks in back of house and the wood walkway before we left.foot washing station was great, and outdoor shower was really good to have.One suggestion, a cordless blower i think would be really an inexpensive way to keep more sand out. Take 10 minutes each day and blow the deck and walkway off, but that's just my thinking.Great place and Southern Shores Realty Lori and Vanessa were the absulute best.
