This 2-story town-home offers original art and photography throughout the home, which is complimented by an attractive color palette. The open floor plan on the first floor is light and airy, featuring a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, half-bathroom, laundry room, and a patio. It has three spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk-shower and soaking tub. Two bedroom have two twin beds and a set of twin bunkbeds, and share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. New water heater installed in fall of 2024. This Outer Banks Rental unit will perfectly accommodate a small family.
The Gables Community is located in Kitty Hawk of the Outer Banks with a location that is central to the beach, sound (waterway between island and mainland), the Wright Brothers Memorial, shopping and restaurants, golf (including miniature golf), movie theater, and so much more! Kitty Hawk is also just a short drive to the 4x4 beaches of Corova and Wild Spanish Horses! Perfect Fit
The house was great. It is conveniently located close to everything! The beach, shopping, restaurants.... It was clean, bright, and airy. The beds were comfortable! We especially loved the pool! The kids enjoyed cooling off after our fun, busy days! The nieghborhood was quiet.
