Carolina Cutie is one of the most charming cottages in Southern Shores. It captures the essence of what a beach cottage should be - colorful and cozy with panoramic ocean views. It's the perfect blend of vintage and contemporary Outer Banks, a cottage with character. All new decking in 2024. Remodeled kitchen and baths planned for 2025.

Great room with 58" LCD TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player, lots of comfortable seating for the whole family, books/games; dining table seats 8; kitchen counter seats 4; kitchen with Corian counter tops; laundry; 4 bedrooms (2 with King; 1 with Twins and hall bath with shower at south end; 1 with Pyramid bunk and Twin, hall bath with tub and shower at north end); each bedroom with LCD TV.
