We had never been given our building or unit number. Called for information. Very hard to carry luggage up 27 stairs! Unit smelled and had mold in bathroom. Very outdated and needs updating. Tv had good channels and view was nice. Left door open all the time to hear surf and help with smell. No amenities were available. Catered with property management 5 times about checking mold smell issue. Just canned responses and no local team came.

Awesome views, an extremely short walk to the beach, very convenient location. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The layout of the home is weird, bedrooms on first floor, kitchen and living room on 2nd floor, but makes sense when taking the views into consideration.

Impossible to get in touch with and listing not true

After asking in writing if the hot tub and clubhouse would be open for the dates I was considering, the response was yes it will be open for your dates. After driving 500 miles and 11 hours we arrived ready to jump in the hot tub and play in the club house to find the hot tub drained and unable to get into the clubhouse. After 3 days of calling the management company I received a call, the hot tub will not be open and the club house is closed. This was the only reason we chose this property. We were completely let down and my children upset. I would never rent from them again nor recommend anyone else does. The place was fine but there are tons of the same types of rentals all over the area. I even called after leaving to try to rectify the situation prior to leaving a review but was told someone would get back to me. Over a week later no one has.
