Property was great. Lots of room and a great layout. However something in the air caused throat itching. All air filters were way beyond their life and were caked in dust. Some of the floor vents showed very dark dust collected until we cleaned them ourselves. Food crumbs and dust bunnies were under and behind most of the furniture. This home contained most of what a family would need to enjoy their stay. Some of the equipment is in need of repair. The beach wagon tire is flat with no pump available. The pool filter basket is busted out requiring cleaning by hand. Very easy walk to the beach. Traffic noise level was a bit much for peaceful sleep. Great neighborhood with friendly people. Location is close to pretty much anything you could ask for. Hunkered down while hurricane Erin was off the coast with zero worries about safety in this home. Felt very safe in the home the entire stay.. So with the exception of the cleanliness this place was really great and we will stay here again for sure understanding that we will have to bring it up to our standards of clean.
