It offers both convenience and privacy. The paved bike path runs right in front of the house, and the walk to the private Southern Shores beach is a block away, or about 300 yards.
4 bedrooms (2 with Queen, 1 with Pyramid bunk and Trundle, 1 with Twins), 2 full baths on main level, 1 full bath on pool level.
