On the ground floor of the villa, guests can enjoy a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room with unobstructed views of the surrounding nature through large windows.
The bathroom is equipped with modern amenities, and it features a luxurious sauna for relaxing moments at the end of the day. On the terrace there is a hydro massage bath outdoors waiting for you.
The main bedroom boasts a spacious 180 cm wide double bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The second bedroom on the upper floor has three single beds, making it an ideal option for families or groups of friends.
Additionally, there is a separate WC on the upper floor, along with a convenient drying washing machine, making daily chores easier.
Outside, guests can take advantage of the carport, which protects vehicles from the weather.

Schön aber mit Makeln
Heizung funktioniert nicht optimal. Zudem ist man im Wohnzimmern gegenüber der Loipe ausgestellt. Sichtschutz wäre sinnvoll. Holz für das Kamin muss man auch selber kaufen. Für den hohen Preis eher fragwürdig
