Lovely hotel close to all shops, restaurants and ski slopes. We really liked the private sauna in our room, which was well needed after a days ski. Hotel lobby and bar was also nice and welcoming.

Great hotel gret service

Overnight stay while travelling further north in Finland, have no complaints at all, while room was functional and not the 5star level it was clean, well appointed and i had no complaints. Staff were lovely and service and breakfast excellent

The staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was fantastic, a large spread even through we were there during low season with hardly any other guests, that was appreciated. The room however was clean but a little outdated, and basic compared to the other Lapland hotel chain rooms we’ve stayed at. The bathroom was very, very tight, even for two adults. The bed was mediocre but a little springy. The area was great except not a whole lot was going on or opened in the month of August but I can see this hotel to be very convenient in the winter season. Overall we were happy with the stay, but it was not the best Lapland accommodation we stayed at during our travels.

Apartment was fine, not value for money.

The hotel reception and main building was pretty nice but the apartment we were assigned was okay. The building/ apartments were old and pretty outdated and the beds were not the most comfortable. Somehow we ran out of hot water at night after using the sauna and had to shower in freezing cold water. Maintenance stopped by early the next morning but the issue had resolved itself. Pretty expensive for what we received. Buffet breakfast was good and they had a lot of options!

An affordable option for this very expensive ski town. Room was not renovated, but still felt ok. Enjoyed the in-room sauna. Disappointed by staff’s lack of local knowledge or knowledge of the hotel itself. They were not trained to the level I would expect. Biggest issue is the hotel’s relationship with la Francoise des Circuits. The guide Catherine brought a very large, loud, rude tourist group to the hotel. They threw a massive party in the lobby right next to my room and I didn’t sleep until 2am. They got kicked out and then stood outside my room window on the porch for an additional hour at midnight. It was really bad form. Behavior I would expect from university students but they were all adults. Ruined my final night at the hotel.

Oli toista kertaa SirkantÀhti hotellissa, ensimmÀinen oli noin 20 vuotta sitten, hotelli huoneessa.TÀllÀ kertaa olin TÀhtipuisto asunnossa joka on erittÀin tilava, kaksi kerroksinen ja saunallinen. Kaikki toimii hyvin ja mitÀÀn tarvittavaa ei puuttunut. Toki sisustus on vÀhÀn kÀrsinyt vuosien mittaan ja ehkÀ siivoamisessa on hiukka parantamisen tilaa. YstÀvÀllinen vastaanoton työntekijÀ pÀÀsti minut sisÀlle huoneistoon kahta tuntia aiemmin! HÀn myös antoi minulle tunnin lisÀaikaa lÀhtiessÀ. Aamiainen on mahtava! Kaikki mitÀ itse tarvitsen, paras puuro ja työntekijÀt pitÀvÀt alueet ja pöydÀt todella puhtaina! Jos pieni kuluminen kalusteissa jne ei haittaa, todella suosittelen SirkantÀhteÀ!

Nice hotel, but noisy room in morning

We stayed at this hotel for the last night of our stay in Levi. (We could only book for 6 out of the 7 nights at our main hotel) The reception staff were very helpful and let us use the luggage room to store our cases after we checked out so we could ski for the day and catch our evening flight. Breakfast was the usual buffet type so not bad. The room was comfortable, has a small private sauna in the bathroom, but unfortunately was separate twin beds. Would be a good idea if the twin beds had a large double sheet on them when a couple stays as if you try and get close in the night the beds seperate and you could end up on the cold floor! Also our room unfortunately backed on to where Lapland safaris works from...so very early there were snowmobiles being moved outside our window, & were quite noisy. Overall nice hotel but could have been a bit better

Booked this hotel at the last minute as my flight was late at 9:45pn and all the hotels requires check out time at 11am. Spent a couple hours in this hotel just to relax and to drop by between ski. Very large hotel with many rooms but the room is quite small and old fashion. About 5-8mins to Zeor Point but 3mins to the nearest supermarket.
