A very enjoyable stay here for three days recently. The food on offer was pretty good Hotel staff were helpful but struggled to get a reliable local taxi to pick us up on two occasions. Rooms were clean and serviceable.

Stayed here in October for two nights. The hotels is locate on the slalom slope. There are stairs that lead to the Levi center. The spa nearby is worth visiting. Though this hotel has a sauna with a view also. Nice spacious rooms and extra comfy beds! Nice view to the Levi area from French balcony. Tv, minibar, extra sofa bed and water cooker with tea and coffee making possibility. The breakfast was your plain hotel breakfast. Karelian pies with egg&butter were the Finnish type of things. We visited off season so don’t know has the breakfast more variety on high season. Cottage cheese, bread cheese, cloudberries and more fresh berries could have been nice. Larger/healthier variety of bread. Salads, tomatoes and cucumber were extra fresh. :) Nice view from the breakfast area! Nothing bad to say! Definitely can recommend to all. Nice spot to ski tours on winter and Levi summit is on walking distance. Nice tour on other seasons also!

The hotel is located up on the hills and gives you a really stunning view on the village. The staff is extremly helpful, the breakfast is really nice, and the room was clean and really big. Also thr bads are awesome!!

This is a huge establishment halfway to the top of the Levi fell and has magnificent views. The bare scale of the hotel is somewhat unexpected here in the Lapish wilderness. The hotel is easily reached by car from the main road and there is plenty of parking space. The hotel gives an impression of being brand new although, I think, it was opened in 2010. Everything is spacious, modern, shining and clean and has a definite classy feel to it. The rooms are large and well equipped. My wife and I traveled in the off season and due to the size of the hotel it felt like we almost had it to ourselves. But this did not mean there were compromises made from the hotel in any way. For instance the ample breakfast was to my understanding served exactly as in the high season with a rich variety of foods, with a certain lapish flavor. The service in the reception and all over the hotel were super and you was treated like an old friend. The only small complaint; the sauna was never warm enough which it definitely should be after a day of mountain trekking. The hotel is quite isolated on the fell slope but this is no problem whatsoever. The gondola lift (included in the room price) operates very simply and takes you in a couple of minutes to the Levi village center with its restaurants and shops. It was our first stay here at Levi Panorama but it will not be the last.

We stayed here for one night in July. The hotel was nearly empty, but the staff were very friendly and attentive. We got a room on the uppermost floor with a great view and a day ticket to the lift to the village. The room was clean, quiet and cool at night. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was functional and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good selection of food. This hotel is a good option whether you visit Levi in the winter or summer.

We spent 3 fantastic nights at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and goes out of the way to make our stay here as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The staff was always on hand to offer tips - where to catch the auroras, best place to walk. The tech guy was super helpful too - he came all the way to my room to lend me a cable for my "limited edition" laptop! Buffet breakfast at the restaurant has fantastic panoramic views. So glad to have selected this hotel as we were initially considering a similar priced hotel in the village. Really glad we selected this hotel as the spacious room and the walks around the hotel was also great.

We stayed only one night at this hotel, but the room was very spacious and we could have stayed for a week there. We had a separate bedroom for adults, a smaller "cabin" för children, a combined kitchen and livingroom area and yes, of course, there was a sauna in the apartment. The room was clean and very well equipped even for a longer stay and if you want to cook your own meals, you´ll find everything you need in the room. We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was good. Breakfast was also very good. There is a gondola travelling from down the village ou to the hotel and you´ll get tickets from the hotel to the gondola.

Stayed here for 2 nights in summer. We had a superior room which differs from a standard room in having a balcony and a bit more space. The view from the room was amazing so having a (mosquito-free!) balcony was a big plus. Free gondola tickets were provided which were pretty much essential - no one wants to hike up the hill after a lunch in Levi centre or pay 4 euros per person one way for a relatively short gondola ride. There were no queues to the gondola and it worked very well as a means of transportation although it ran only from 10 am to 6 pm (no late dinners!). The food at the hotel was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was very basic, your average chained-brand hotel buffet offers more variety and quality. Good tea selection though! The Panorama Restaurant had a nice atmosphere during dinnertime but again, the food just didn't meet the expectations. The fish of the day was not fresh but most likely frozen. This all may be due to us visiting during the low season but it didn't encourage us visiting the hotel again during the high season and higher prices. About Levi itself, since it was summer most restaurants were closed. Most of those that were open didn't serve on Sundays and Mondays. Keep this in mind if you plan to visit a specific restaurant. Many shops were open and had good discounts. I recommend visiting the local wine shop & bar!

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of the Thomas Cook Santa experience. Lovely hotel - clean, comfortable with helpful, friendly staff. Room smashing with brilliant drying cupboard to keep on top of wet snowy clothes - works so fast. Good breakfast range of choices. Free gondola pass to take us down into the town. Santa experience was absolutely brilliant for our granddaughter (and us!). From arrival at Gatwick airport and throughout the flight you are immersed into the experience - you just have to do it! All parts of the time there with husky and reindeer sleigh rides, sledging, Arctic Circle ceremony, glasses of berry juice (yum), snow mobiles, craft activities and of course visiting the big man himself - I BELEIVE!! Wouldn't have missed it for the world!

Kind, experienced and mostly motivated staff, very nice food in stylish panorama restaurant - we ate an enjoyable dinner for two there. And what view from saunaterrace and from the room. Finnish nature, fells, sun that didn't set...lovely white night experience!
