Stay here for two nights. Got the extended king room which was good, because it gave us more room. The front desk staff was good. Room was great and very comfortable. They charge for parking which I thought was strange since it is under the hotel (think it is a way to bump the room cost, which skunked. Breakfast was ok. Biscuit and gravy, was the main course. The biscuit were some hard you could not cut in with the fork that was provided. Would I stay again? Mix bag. Because of the staff and room yes. Because of the parking and food no. I would probably look around a little. My room was 150.00 a night, which was fair the parking made me feel kind of gouged.
The staff here is about as rude as they come. They have no integrity. The hotel is way over priced, dirty, and not sanitary. DO NOT stay here. Don't waster your money there are plenty of other good hotels in this area. The GM is rude and arrogant.
The Fairfield Inn in Bremerton was up to the standards set at all Fairfield Inns (that I have been to). The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. This is an ideal place to stay if you are taking the ferry to Seattle.
We stayed two nights in Bremerton, taking the ferry to Seattle for a day visit while we were there. The hotel was clean. The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave it it. It also had ample plugs for computers, chargers, etc. Parking was $7/day extra but breakfast and wifi were free. The hotel is very convenient (5-10 minute walk) to the ferry dock that goes to Seattle. There are also several restaurant options in walking distance. We happened to be there during the annual blackberry festival which made for a great cultural experience that weekend.
This is my first review of this place, even though I have stayed here several times over the past few years. My stay has always been pleasant. Clean rooms. Friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast this morning consisted of waffles, scrambled eggs, cheese omelettes, Canadian bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and pastries. The coffee is adequately strong. My only disappointment is the pool. It is very small, with 3 ft at one end and 4 and 1/2 ft at the "deep" end. It's more like a sitting pool, not a swimming pool. 😕
Had flown in three days before our cruise to Alaska to visit our military son and so glad we chose this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to assist us since there were other travelers with us and we needed particular accommodations. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and service was just as requested. Breakfast each day was super and started the day off in a positive manner. Staff kept the eating areas clean to rotate in many travelers. Coffee and tea were always available in the lobby and we were given great directions to area desired locations. A quick, clean, and enjoyable ferry ride to Seattle was right around the corner. The hotel staff assisted in getting us a ride directly to our Port Terminal with our truckload of luggage! Would definitely stay again!
We got in late and were pleased to find underground secure parking below the hotel. When we woke up we were treated to a fantastic view from our room. Great rate & customer service made this a stay to remember!!
This is a nice clean hotel. The location of this hotel is walking distance to the ferry and to the downtown waterfront area. There is a $7.00 fee to park your vehicle on their property. The parking is gated and you use your room card to access it. The breakfast was good with many different items to choose from. They kept the coffee and tea area stocked all the time. The biggest disappointment was the tiny pool. The picture that is in their advertisement is so misleading.
The room and location were great. I stayed here to take the ferry to Seattle and it is an easy walk. I found the room comfortable and clean. I wish the front desk staff could have been a little more proactive in giving out information and aware when there are people waiting out front. Parking was OK. My major gripe is that the coffee ran out early at breakfast and the housekeeping staff did not replace the in room coffee. The in room coffee isn't that great, but sometimes I want coffee in my room. Otherwise the stay was fine.
Stayed here for a wedding in port orchard. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast is a plus. Great location in Bremerton close to the boardwalk. There was a confusion with our reservations but eventually it was sorted out and we got complimentary Parking. Got there about 2 hours before checkin and thought we would be able to check in a bit earlier but was informed there were no available rooms. But overall I liked the hotel and we would definitely stay here again
