We spent 2 nights at this hotel in Bremerton. Nicol checked us in and she was very helpful. The room was great - just as we wanted - away from the elevator and very quiet. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. There was a odor when we first came in, so I turned the AC on high and cold. When we returned from dinner it was better. We were headed out early on Saturday morning so we were at breakfast by 6am. unfortunately things were not great. I am surprised because we usually have pretty good breakfast at Fairfield Inns but the coffee was not warm enough - I added a little skim milk to it and that made it cold. The omelet was luke warm and so were the eggs. One would have thought that since the breakfast just opened, things would be hot. One side of the toaster did not work. My husband had the waffles and he said they were not good. Quite disappointing. Our second morning there, we gave up and went to Starbucks just down Washington St. That was great. Parking worked out great - we used the P2. There were great places to park away from other cars and it was easy to get to the elevator and to our room.
Everything was typical of a Fairfeild Inn. Nothing was bad, nothing was great. The room was clean. The site is very convenient to the Ferry dick or the shipyard. There are several decent restaurants and several great sports bar within walking distance. The gym needs disinfectant wipes. The front desk staff was pleasant. I would stay again,
Overall pleasant stay, upgraded multiple times as a Marriott Platinum member (but only if you ask, otherwise you’d prob just get a high floor room). Building next door is under construction and proximity to city busses can get long in the morning, but tolerable. Parking is $7.00/night and breakfast is complimentary. Clean, safe and friendly place.
The good: the King room had two TVs even though little older models still nice to have. The program is updated so you can hook up Netflix or other smart features. I asked for more shampoo and had pleasant interaction with house cleaning crew. I did like the magnets on shower curtains as usually motels tend to skip this section and then have water everywhere. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge is in the room. The rooms do smell good and fresh. Average: the rooms look older already not super modern but could use update. Like I said TVs are old but also small. Light fixtures are available but again not updated especially if you want to charge phones at night. The bad: this place is a little harder to find since coming from one direction you have a painted sign on closed store front. They charge for parking. Usually see this as a scam to get more money from customers like airlines with bag fees. Manager didn’t really care and said street parking is available and made to tell customers that they are not responsible for tickets. No welcome gift for gold or platinum. If you use market you can get water bottle for $2 but it’s the smallest in the world. Got also a view of construction and mold on roof. Over all I think this place is average. I would stay at another Marriott if available. Cool little thing as easy access to historical Naval Ship within walking distance.
My family and I stayed here Thanksgiving weekend for a hockey tournament. I have only wonderful and positive remarks to say about this hotel and the staff. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool area was awesome with a shower and clean towels. The dinning area was clean, spacious and served a fantastic hot breakfast with several choices and it was deliciously yummy. The parking is under the hotel and costs $7.00/day extra, but WELL worth it as it provides locked gates and secure doors that only guest have access to. Very safe and secure. Now the staff, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and truly made us feel welcomed. The dinning room staff were very polite, and busy! They made sure all the food containers were kept full, tables wiped down and countertops cleaned. Plus, they always had hot coffee or hot water available 24 hrs. The cleaning service was awesome and always willing to give us extra coffee, lotion, shampoo and towels with a friendly smile. I even left them a $20 tip to show my appreciation. Finally, beings this was a weekend of youth hockey there were many families with children. I have to applaud the parents for keeping their children under control and not letting them run around unsupervised and that goes for the coaches and hockey players as well. We will definitely be back wether it is for hockey or just as a get away. I also signed up for the Marriott's Rewards program. If any of their other hotels are anything like The Fairfield Inn and Suites in Bremmerton, WA then they have a good thing going for them. Thank you ❤
I stayed here the night before my wedding then my husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding. The staff was very nice. The room was clean an nice. We enjoyed our stay! We will recommend this hotel to any family visiting in the future.
Stay here for two nights. Got the extended king room which was good, because it gave us more room. The front desk staff was good. Room was great and very comfortable. They charge for parking which I thought was strange since it is under the hotel (think it is a way to bump the room cost, which skunked. Breakfast was ok. Biscuit and gravy, was the main course. The biscuit were some hard you could not cut in with the fork that was provided. Would I stay again? Mix bag. Because of the staff and room yes. Because of the parking and food no. I would probably look around a little. My room was 150.00 a night, which was fair the parking made me feel kind of gouged.
The staff here is about as rude as they come. They have no integrity. The hotel is way over priced, dirty, and not sanitary. DO NOT stay here. Don't waster your money there are plenty of other good hotels in this area. The GM is rude and arrogant.
The Fairfield Inn in Bremerton was up to the standards set at all Fairfield Inns (that I have been to). The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. This is an ideal place to stay if you are taking the ferry to Seattle.
We stayed two nights in Bremerton, taking the ferry to Seattle for a day visit while we were there. The hotel was clean. The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave it it. It also had ample plugs for computers, chargers, etc. Parking was $7/day extra but breakfast and wifi were free. The hotel is very convenient (5-10 minute walk) to the ferry dock that goes to Seattle. There are also several restaurant options in walking distance. We happened to be there during the annual blackberry festival which made for a great cultural experience that weekend.
