Larnaca Villa 1397 is a modern and spacious 4 bedroom detached property with large private pool and garden located in a quiet area of Kiti about 5 minutes drive from the beach and walking distance to all amenities and the centre of Kiti Village.
The ground floor is a large modern kitchen with all modern appliances, breakfast bar and a separate utility-kitchenete room, dining area, two living rooms with comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV and a guest toilet. On the same floor there is the first double bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the top floor the villa features two spacious bedrooms all equipped with comfortable double beds a family bathroom, a laundry room and large master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
The outside area offers a large private pool and a fully furnished patio with sunbeds, dining table with chairs and a state of the art BBQ.
