It was raining heavily the day we checked in, so it made us cancel a lot of our plans causing us to arrive a lot earlier than our check in time. We had just planned on asking to store our luggage while we wait for the check in time. The front desk was so kind, and the cleaning staff were so efficient that our room was ready early, and they let us check in early. It was so nice to get out of our wet clothes and take a warm bath. We thank the staff for their hospitality. Also, the hotel is gorgeous and meticulously maintained. If I am ever in the area again, I will be sure to book another stay.

Great location, comfortable stay

The hotel is close to JR station which is great. We arrived early at the hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. She processed our check-in as soon as the room was available, so we did not have to wait for the official check-in time. We had a good lunch in the hotel Japanese restaurant. Room is clean and has a superb view overseeing the river.
