We are located in the beautiful gated community of Cumbrian Lakes.

Oversized pool with waterfall & hot tub.
Screened with plenty of loungers & chairs.
Covered area for dining.
Outside shower and bathroom.
Pool can be heated upon request. Cost is $35.00 per day plus 13.5% taxes. Minimum 3 days.

Only 20 minutes to Disney & 30 minutes to Universal & Sea World.

This home comprises of 5 bedrooms / 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Private pool, hot tub, conservation and water views makes for relaxing pool time.

The master bedroom has its own private balcony looking over the pool and view of the lake.

The two story floor plan has 3 bedrooms upstairs with an open den and two bedrooms downstairs.

Games room with pool table, table tennis and darts. Table top arcade also!

Recently added a new kitchen remodel with brand new stainless steel appliances.

Family fun

Large home, well appointed kitchen. Lots of pool chairs around a nice pool with small hot tub. It had been heated per my request (extra charge) which was well worth it. House was clean and in good condition. It is necessary to request a crib, even though you can see them in the listing pictures. Thankfully Denise’s husband drove a distance to bring us a pac n play for our granddaughter. Thanks again There was no grill on property, apparently this also needs to be requested, but that’s not stated in the listing.We had a very nice stay and would definitely stay there again.

This is a very comfortable villa for families with a well equipped kitchen and games room for family. Loved the pool area for size of pool and plenty of seating. Our host dealt with any minor issues we had within hours - great service.

Family Florida Trip 2024

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There were 6 adults plus one child and there was plenty of room for us all. We liked the location, Cumbrian Lakes is a quiet gated community, not too far from the parks and restaurants. The villa was clean and equipped with the basics such as toilet paper, soap etc. we will stay again.
