Very nice place. Excellent restaurant with a beautiful view.

No wi fi Tv didn't work Poor rooms bathroom felt like airplane

They have two buildings here. One newish and one old. False advertising at this hotel. This hotel almost my whole trip in Iceland.

Excellent location with great views from the room. Very clean and ample stafff for cleaning. Great views from the bar area. Bartenders are inexperienced but tried very hard. Carpeting is a little worn in the hallways. But the views are shat u r here for and the rooms are well kept. Would definitely stay here again

The room we had was nice with a share balcony. Would had been better if the shower pressure was a little stronger. Breakfast was complimentary and was decent

This is a tale of two hotels in one. One section is new and modern, the second is older and little rickety, but nonetheless, was fine for a couple of nights stay. We were in the older section. However, the restaurant was fantastic! The quality of the meals, the presentation and service exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff was very attentive and accommodating. The section near the restaurant has a nice lounge and an observation deck with a great view of the mountains and glaciers.

I stayed in what the hotel calls its economy room which was still more than 200 a night. I do not recommend this hotel . The room was not even the level of a one star room in the u.s. It was tiny and bathroom was old and tiny. Thin walls. Dirty carpets outside. The breakfast is pretty good though

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great rooftop deck for watching the northern lights.

Bed, breakfast, nice water pressure, clean, balcony

LOVED the stay here! The room was fabulous and the breakfast was so so good! Our room had a window wall that opened to a deck and made Northern Lights viewing so successful! We went to bed watching them through our window! It was such a great experience and everyone was so friendly in a very clean establishment. By far my best stay while in Iceland!
