Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage in ruhiger Lage außerhalb des Ortes.

Von einem 40m2 großen Balkon aus (Teil überdacht ab Juli 2023) hat man einen schönen Weitblick über Wald und Flur, der zum Teil von großen Bäumen beschattet wird.

In der geräumigen Lounge (ca 40m2) mit großem Esstisch, bequemer Couch und großem Sat-TV, sowie einem Kachelofen für wohlige Wärme im Winter wie auch in der Übergangszeit.
Bücherregale mit Sachbücher sowie Romane für ruhige Stunden, stehen Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung

Die Küchenausstattung mit Mikrowelle, Hoch-Backofen, Spülmaschine, Induktionkochfeld mit Dunstabzugshaube, Side by Side Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher. Auch reichlich Besteck und Geschirr, sowie bis zu 15 Liter Kochtöpfe zum Pasta und Hummer kochen für die ganze Familie, gehören dazu.

Wundervolle Auszeit mit Freund:innen
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist wirklich super für einen Kurzurlaub mit Freund:innen oder Familientreffen geeignet! Ruhe und Entspannung garantiert. Zwei separate Schlafzimmerflügel mit jeweils einem modernen sauberen Bad sind klasse, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Wohnraum auf der anderen Seite ebenfalls. Auch in den Etagenbetten konnte man gut schlafen. Wir haben den Jahreswechsel mit unseren Freund:innen zu Acht sehr genossen. Anreise mit dem Auto ist empfehlenswert, dann kommt man auch schnell zu Ausflugszielen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber. Als Unterkunft für 2 Familien wirklich ideal mit den 2 Bädern oben und ein Bad im Erdgeschoss. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großes, die Küche mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es jede Menge Lesestoff und Spielesammlungen. Die Vermieter sind superfreundlich. Wir hatten eine rundum tolle Urlaubswoche. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Dejlig stor og pæn ferielejlighed.
Vi var 5 voksne og 4 børn på ferie i denne dejlige lejlighed. Der er masser af plads og rummene er dejligt store. 2 sove afdelinger hvor forældre og børn kan være med eget badeværelse. Alt er pænt og nyrenoveret. Ved ankomst stod der kaffe, hjemmelavet marmelade og dansk vand fra værtsparret Gabi og Fred. Sengene var redt og klar til brug. Som og bo på hotel. Om morgenen kan man nyde kaffen ude på terrassen til fuglesang og med lidt held se nogle rådyr på marken. Beligggenheden er fin, vi var i Heide Park. Magic world og inde Bremen og ose. Så der er noget for alle aldres grupper med kort køre afstand. Et vi helt sikkert kan anbefale og tage hen igen. Familie Andersen Danmark

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Und hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, ideal für 2 Familien. Jede Familie hat ihr eigenes Badezimmer, welches sehr geräumig und sauber ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet, ein besonderes Highlight ist der Kamin. Und hat es jedenfalls sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hervorragend, alles top!
Wohnung ist groß, hell, sauber, modern eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die geräumigen Zimmer kann manauch mal als Rückzugsort nutzen. Ob Spiele für jung und alt oder Lesestoff vom Sachbuch bis zum spannenden Roman ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Ob man für 2 oder 10 Personen kochen will, kein Problem, Küchenuntensielien für alle Größen sind vorhanden. Durch die Bäder kommt es auch nicht zu Staus. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, aber in kurzer Zeit ist man auch in den verschiedenen Parks oder Wandergebiet (z. B. Bullensee), aber selbst ein Ausflug nach Bremen lohnt sich. Und wenn man noch was einkaufen will, der Dorfladen ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Und natürlich auch die Vermieter sind toll und helfen gern weiter und können gute Ratschläge für Aktivitäten geben. Wer mit einer größeren Familie reisen will, ist mit der Unterkunft bestens beraten.

Sehr schöne Urlaubsunterkunft

Super vakantiewoning
Super mooi appartement, gelegen boven de woning van de beheerders. Beheerders zijn rustig en zeer behulpzaam! Het huisje zelf is super schoon en goed onderhouden. Prachtig uitzicht op de omliggende omgeving. De omgeving is zeer geschikt voor bijv. wandelen. Ook zijn er leuke steden en dorpen om te bezoeken. Zeker een aanrader!

Kommen gerne wieder!
Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage! De Wohnung ist sehr sauber, perfekt und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ca. 700m von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Dorfladen in dem man alles bekommt (frische Semmeln, usw.). In einem Umkreis von ca. 50 km gibt es verschiedene Ausflugsziele (Serengeti Park, Magic Park, Vogelpark, Heidepark, Bremen, uvm). Die Familie Luttmann ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
