Esta encantadora casa de piedra independiente de interés histórico se encuentra dentro de los terrenos maduros sustanciales de la casa de época de los propietarios. Con vistas abiertas sobre el campo circundante y las colinas de Ochil más allá, este es el escenario perfecto para relajarse, descansar y explorar Escocia.

Ubicada en un entorno pacífico y tranquilo, la casa de campo y ha sido completamente reformada para ofrecer un alojamiento muy confortable de dos camas con capacidad para hasta seis personas. Hay tiendas, garaje, correos, restaurantes, comida de pub, 2 campos de golf y una piscina cubierta con sauna y spa, todo dentro de 1 milla.

La cabaña tiene un salón con pisos de madera pulida, techo con vigas a la vista, estufa de leña, ventanas francesas con vistas a las tierras de cultivo y las colinas de Ochil que se abren a la zona de estar del patio y a la barbacoa.

La cocina está totalmente equipada y bien equipada, cocina comedor con cocina eléctrica de 4 fuegos, lavadora, lavavajillas, secadora, frigorífico, microondas y reproductor de radio / CD.

La habitación doble con vistas a las colinas de Ochil esta encantadora habitación tiene un pino, cama king size y muebles de pino. La habitación doble es amplia y luminosa, con muebles de pino y vistas al jardín. El baño es un baño blanco con ducha eléctrica sobre la bañera.

La cabaña tiene calefacción central de gas y el sistema está diseñado para proporcionar agua caliente constante. Gran jardín maduro cerrado con estacionamiento privado, asientos en el jardín y barbacoa.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Kate and Cameron were extremely welcoming and the cottage was equipped with everything we could need, plus extra touches. Great advice on local walks and things to do in the area, but also loved the warmth and comfort of the cottage to come back to, particularly the sitting-room with its blankets, board games and DVDs etc! Wish we could have stayed longer and will certainly be back.

Great cottage in a lovely location

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Ballingall. It is a lovely peaceful location. The cottage has great facilities and wonderful views. As usual, Kate and Cameron were wonderful hosts.

Relaxing week in Ballingall Cottage

Beautifully restored cottage, in a lovely quiet area. Really cosy and has all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Kate gave us a lovely welcome, the Prosecco was ace! Would definitely recommend.

A lovely cottage with a stunning garden, Kate who owns the cottage is very helpful and really lovely

The walking in the area is beautiful the cottage is cozy and inviting the log fire is perfect for cold nights in. This would be a lovely cottage to spend Christmas time at with all the comforts of home.

Beautiful location

Lovely stay with Kate and Cameron who were fantastic hosts who were very generous with their time; nothing was too much trouble even sharing their own private garden. The cottage was lovely and peaceful with every little thing thought of. We will definitely return.

Lovely little cottage within a lovely area.

Great central place to stay with lots of lovely walks near by and the loch is fabulous. Lots to do although the weather was wet on our stay but if it had been different we would’ve done more! Lots of lovely golf courses nearby and ST Andrews is a must visit for any golf lover! Kate and Cam gave us a lovely welcome and lots of tips on the best places thank you!!

Very beautiful and comfortable cottage, decorated with great taste. Gifts on arrival, very warm welcome from the owners who were so friendly. Also beautiful dogs and cat. Wi-fi was very haphazard, but not the fault of the owners. Easy access by car to eating places and shops. Beautiful countryside.

A tastefully modern updating of an historic cottage; with warm rooms and plenty of space; well-equipped and well positioned for visiting the coast (e.g. Anstruther), Highlands (e.g. Pitlochry) or historic places (e.g. Stirling). Very pleasant hosts. Recommended for couples or families with teens / grown-up children.
