World class golf courses at Gleneagles, St Andrews and Ladybank all within a 40-minute drive as well as being in close proximity to many popular local courses. There are lovely local walks, literally right on your doorstep, along the Rumbling Bridge Gorge of the River Devon, down to Muckhart Mill and into the Ochils. Fans of the hit TV series ’Outlander’ will love that Gean Cottage is close to the medieval villages of Falkland and Culross where a lot of the scenes were filmed. The former county town of Kinross is just 5 miles where visitors can enjoy shops and restaurants with Loch Leven nearby. The famous racetrack of Knockhill is just 3 miles. Enjoy day trips to local historic sites such as Dollar Castle and Loch Leven Castle, climb the Wallace Monument, visit Stirling Castle, Linlithgow Palace, Doune Castle or Blair Drummond Safari Park.
