한적한 곳에 있어서 조용하나 편의점이나 식당 등의 편의시설이 멀리 있음. 주차장이 넓어서 좋았으나 차가 없으면 이동이 어려움 . 지은 지 얼마 안되어 전반적으로 시설이 깨끗함
