This modern, brick, single story home is ideal for a quiet getaway or family beachside holiday. Situated at Kinka Beach, approximately half way between Emu Park and Yeppoon, puts you in a great position to explore our beautiful coastline. Plenty to do for all the family with the waves just across the road and the Causeway Lake and Rosslyn Bay Marina just a few minutes down the road. This is the perfect spot to do as much, or as little, as your heart desires.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Beautiful House in a great location

The house was perfect for our stay. Loads of room for 4 kids to have fun and their own space when they needed. Right across the road from Kinka Beach for kitesurfing and 500ms from the Causeway Lake for sailing. Loved it!!
