This is a lovely accommodating house for large groups! We were a large family and we loved our stay! A very short walk to the lake. The bedrooms are very nice and the place was clean! Communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed the weekend and would definitely return for another visit!

Home away from home

A wonderful property with a gorgeous view of the lake. It easily accommodated all 17 of us with room for more people to spare. The hosts are extremely helpful and the house is put together to take care of all age ranges. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Retreat

The house was beautifully decorated and so comfortably clean. We could start to relax as soon as we got in. We stayed with our life group and were looking for a place we could sit altogether as a group and hang out as well as little cozy areas to break off and relax too. This was perfect. This met our needs as far as a relaxing weekend retreat, but was also packed with so many fun activities and games all throughout the house. There is no excuse to be bored here. The staff was so responsive and accommodating. If we had a question, we got a text or email back right away. The location was also perfect. Not too far for us to drive up from the suburbs of Dallas and still have time to make the most of our weekend

Great for family vacation

Visited for our annual family trip, the location of the house was very convenient since it’s walking distance from the lake. The lake has a nice beach area & dock you can jump off out of. The house was very nice for large families. It’s very rare to find a place with 5 full baths in this price range. The A/C was kind of inconsistent between some of the bedrooms & the vinyl flooring were poorly done & coming up. We had to be careful of where we’re walking throughout the house. The listing said multiple dogs are okay but they charge $50 for each additional pet. The built in dog crate was nice & spacious. Our husky fit in there comfortably. There’s ant piles all over the back yard but the patio area was very spacious & chairs were comfortable. Overall this rental was very spacious and fit our needs!

Great Family Outing

Our extended family (children and grandchildren) loved our stay. Super close to the lake (and sand beach!), beautiful views from the multiple decks, well stocked kitchen! They even new a local rental spot for a pontoon and jet ski that dropped and picked up the water crafts. A+.

Nice and close to boat ramp

The house had plenty of room for all of us and was in close proximity to the boat ramp. We spent all day on the lake and just came back to shower, eat and sleep. Plenty of hot water for all of us! Only issues - only 1 bedroom and the loft stayed cool - all the other rooms were really warm - too warm to sleep comfortably. The balcony and patio would be awesome, but you can’t enjoy them because of the spiderwebs and spiders everywhere. Mostly stayed in the living and kitchen area to visit and hang out. The outside trash cans were full when we arrived, so we had to take our trash elsewhere. Overall - plenty of space, and with a few changes made, we would rent it again.

Family vacation

The house was very nice. It was clean when we got there. They were plenty of beds for all of us. It was close enough to the water that we could walk if we wanted to or we could drive down there and we all enjoyed our time there had lots of fun and laughs. It fit our family very well.

Reunion

Great for many reasons but out door entery when u have large group and dogs make getting nip a breeze without waking all up. Fun properly plenty to do in house, private and common areas both. Fun for all ages!!

Family Reunion

Everything was perfect. The only negative I would say is that it appeared from the photos that the two bunk rooms were separate rooms with doors and not out in the open. It worked out ok for us bc two spouses couldn’t come. It would have been tough otherwise!

Will return again,,,

the kitchen is big and holds alot of people to feed. The bedrooms were great, the back patio is awesome for folks to hang around & talk. Short walk to the beach & back. That flat grill works great for cooking steaks on the grill or bacon wrapped anything. The food went quick. The parking is close to the house, the outside lighting is awesome. That 3rd deck is awesome to watch the beach & it's in the shade. This a really nice place.
