Mountainous Views, Excellent Service Catering To Every Possible Requiest. Perfect place to stay to relax in a real Jamaican community. Close to The Reggae Vibes of Dub Club which Courtney will drive you to for a very small fee. The rooms are cozy & clean. Kitchenette available & the vibe is overall refreshing

We had an ultimate stay at the Kingsworth hostel! The house with its lovely garden and incredible view of Kingston is an insider tip for individual travelers with a sense for a good vibe. The price for the rooms is very fair, they are clean, safe and lovely decorated. The hosts courtney and his brother lee are very good, cheerful and cool persons. They help you with everything! We definitely recommend you to do trips with courtney to the city or the blue mountains, you wont find a better tour guide! We wanted to stay 2 or 3 night but ended up staying there for more than a week...i think that says everything ;)

Located in quiet and scenic Jack's Hill area of Kingston, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this cozy personal place has plenty of tours and activities to offer, and a friendly homey feel suitable for guests of all ages. But most of all, the owner Courtney and his brother are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! It's one of a few real hostels in town. Highly recommend this place for your next visit to Kingston!

This is a nice, simple hostel with a good outdoor space and terrific view. My friend and I hiked up the blue mountain trail with Courtney. The road trip up and down the mountain is pretty tough but his Land Cruiser made it much easier. I would highly recommend going on the hike.

Courtney and Lee are wonderful people and cool hosts. They offered nice conversation and helpful tips and helped arrange rides in inconvenient times. The place itself is a bit far from the city but I liked that as city life can be overwhelming. We had some issues with the water as there was a leak that needed to be handled but at the end of the day it wasnt that big of a deal. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean. The biggest challenge was getting there in the late evenings as its up a mountain that can be an "exciting" drive. I'd definitely go back.

We were a party of 6. They over booked and tried to break up our group. There was no breakfast included as advertised. The owner shut off the water and none of the guests could shower or flush the toilets. We were also over charged for our room because they used their own exchange rate of 1.30. I think it's important to let people know. I'm not looking to be reimbursed...people just need to know. We will not be going back.

The hostel is located in the hills away from city with a great view of city down n the bay. Courtney and his brother Lee were very friendly and respectful. Our room (Love nest) was good sized and equipped with a tv, mosquito net and fan. The weather was amazing at this place it being in the mountains. The room and all common areas were clean and our bed was very comfortable. Wifi was great too. The room comes with a private deck with relaxing chairs and killer view. Lee is an amazing host and a great chef, he fixed us the best chicken curry i ever had.

Being on the Blue Mountain was fantastic. Courtney picked us up from the airport for a reasonable fee. He was a great host & very knowledgable. The place was pretty secluded and definitely very peaceful. We were only planning to stay one night & ended up staying for five!

Definitely enjoyed my stay here. Very serene and the view down into the city is just amazing. Amazing atmosphere overall. Would definitely recommend to others. Only complaint I have is the journey to get there but it's all worth it in the end. Very friendly host (Mr. Courtney), and have wifi, tv at your disposal, even though you will be too busy enjoying the atmosphere there.

- If you want to live in nature and enjoy the tranquility - If you like a cool place (temperature and feeling) - If you want a perfect view of Kingston. - If you want an interesting host - If there is no problem to drive about 10 minutes into the mountains - If you do not need any restaurants, bars and disco in the neighborhood If you need a 4WD SUV in the city, then you need it here too. If you will be able to drive a car on a narrow asphalt road with holes, then you will need about 20 minutes from Devon House to King Worth. There is no need for a 4WD: There is no snow, you do not have to drive through rivers or sand. The partly bad road has asphalt. The road from East needs more time. You certainly want to take pictures of the views of Kingston. This route is sometimes steeper and has some tighter turns. I stayed three nights. I had an interesting time with Courtney, he has a great knowledge of Jamaica and the life. I have enjoyed the quiet, the hot shower, the shower in the garden, the garden and veranda. The dinner of Courgey was simple but good.
