It was very noisy at night. and the lobby wasn't cleaned for hours after a coffee spill in the elevator and throughout the lobby.

The property was great and the guy at guest services was awesome. We had to call because whoever was staying abouve us sounded like they had a herd of horses running in their room but the front desk handled it and we were able to sleep in peace.
Loved the view of the mountains. It was quiet and nice.

The pool didn’t work. It’s a new hotel. That was the only negative part. My kids were expecting to have more fun.
My wife stays in higher end Hotels 5-6 times a year for business and I do about the same amount myself but I am more bargain but clean conscious. This was by far both of ours favorite hotel ever . It was clean and spotless. Everything was like new . Not even a seam in the wallpaper was undone. Every detail was spot on. Staff was always there and ready to help. This is the first time when Hotel shopping that when am back in this area I will simply scroll down to this hotel and stay here.
