This lovely home will sleep everyone comfortably and is great for large or smaller groups! Outside on the lower level there is a HOT TUB near a wood burning fireplace, table and Tiki bar. Relax on any of the homes 4 balconies with water & sunset views or enjoy the huge game room! The game room is equipped with a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard and a 65" smart tv and plenty of comfy couches. A game table with space for puzzles, games or just kicking back with your favorite beverage is located in the game room as well. Enjoy a very short walk to the sandy beach and adjacent boat launch. There is great striper fishing and boat rentals nearby as well. This house is a year round crowd pleaser!

Very Nice Property - Good Communication

Family of ~10 stayed between xmas and new years. Lots of room but the layout is a little quirky. One of the bedrooms on the 1st floor doesn't have a bathroom so you have to cross the kitchen/living area to access the nearest one. Also, one of the upstairs bedrooms also doesn't have a connected bathroom, so you have to go through another master bedroom to share their bath, or go downstairs through the kitchen/living area. The game room is really fun, but located on top of the garage and not connected to the rest of the house. Layout is just a little disjointed and can't really tell from the photos. Lastly, no local channels on televisions - so if that's important to you (i.e., NFL games, etc.) just be aware. Communication w/ property owner was excellent and they accommodated an early check in for us.

A great time

Due to the cold and rainy weather we coudnt enjoy a lot of things but due to alllll the fun n games they had in side the house we had a blast! I will definitely be coming back. Everything was perfect.

Perfect Lake House!!

Our stay at Decker Out was literally perfect for our family of 16! There was nonstop entertainment for ages 5-65!! It was a short walk to a sandy beach and boat ramp. I’m not sure who had the most fun in the game room. Again it was perfect and a lifesaver for our evening when stormy weather kept us inside. The house is roomy and furnished with everything you need for cooking inside and outside. The kids loved the hot tub and making s’mores in the fire pit. I also have to compliment our host Carey. He went above and beyond to make our stay the best! Before we left, our grandkids were asking for a return visit to Decked Out!

Holiday Getaway

We had a group of about 14 and this property worked out perfect! The home was so cozy and well maintained! We all enjoyed the game room and all the balconies with the wonderful views! We will def be staying here again!

Great location and tons of space

We booked the property for a family get away. Four families and all of their kids. Everyone has their own space and we were all able to relax. The beach is a short walk down the hill. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had a question. If you are looking for a property to stretch out and relax , then this property is perfect.
