Location Family Happy Place

We could not ask for a better place to stay. The location was amazing with its water access and proximity to local businesses. We were able to relax, get whatever we needed, and enjoy our family time. The property itself was homey and comfortable.

Great, long weekend!

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was a great size for a large group of friends and had all we needed for a relaxing weekend. Very much enjoyed the beach entry, albeit the sand was hotter than we expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary getaway

The property and location was just what we needed. Nice and relaxing! We went for a hike at Inks Lake State Park and then kayaked in the backyard at sunset! It was a perfect weekend to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary.

Spring Break

It was the perfect location for a getaway. We enjoyed spring break. The house was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the beach and the river. From the property, there was easy access to nearby state parks and attractions.

Awesome stay

It was so cool to have a house right on the water! The sand is hard to walk on so be sure to bring good shoes. House was nice. Hosts were responsive and friendly.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the convenience of the house to the water. House needs updating and the patio umbrella was broken plus a super slippery patio, even with out being wet. Overall, it was a great time and perfect for our family vacation. We will be back!

Hill Country stay

Property was good size and location for us traveling down from DFW area. We were looking for some beach/water time during our Spring Break and the property provided what we needed. We only had one sunny day that we got to spend out on the water, but the location gave us plenty of other family activities to participate in. State parks, historic downtowns to explore nearby if you can’t spend a lot of time on the water.

Great property for a weekend at the lake, as advertised. We had some issues after we checked in. These were promptly addressed by the host. They were quick to respond and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for having us!

The property was as listed. It was right on the river and there was heavy boat traffic but the water was lovely. Short trip to H‑E‑B and downtown.

Private and perfect!

My husband I have 5 kids (19, 16, 12, 5 and 1). I will say it slept us all perfectly and had something for everyone to do. The beach and river front is perfect! They had great accommodations as well. Property was clean and well maintained. Communication was quick and clear. The house is about 3 minutes from town, so that was nice as well! We appreciate you opening your property for us! I highly recommend this location.

Great time with the family on lbj.

We had a wonderful time at this property. All was as advertised. Having stayed in several properties on Vrbo over the years I have be come accepting of the fact that photos might be a bit off, things may be a bit different or older than advertised, but this property didn’t hold any surprises. I would say that a broom being available would have been nice.

AMAZING location; Perfect Llano River property!

This was a graduation celebration for my nephew; It was myself (his uncle) and my sister (his mom). We had a GREAT TIME and are already considering another vacation at this property. The "beach" are is the best; great swimming and fishing too! VERY nice to have the paddleboard & kayak available; we used both and that was great. Mornings were spent on the back patio just taking it all in: the sights & the sounds of the birds. Boat traffic in the area is low; very quiet spot. The house is great; sleeping arrangements are well done. Very comfortable chairs & couches too. We plan to return! A+ property!

Paradise*

Truly enjoyed the stay, everything was clean and what you expect for the price of this rental. Only complaint is Neighbors, yelled at one of us to get off the property (On the water line, Lot Llines were a little vague with not-so-straight “sticks/post” maybe a couple feet over while standing in the water?) while my daughter was playing with me right behind the house. I understand this is Texas (I’m a Texas property owner as well) but seemed a little extreme when his grandkids were running all up and down the beach (inlcuding what we paid for) the next two days (Saturday/Sunday). Not saying I don’t understand as they’ve probably been burned with disrespectful renters in the past, but maybe assumptions do really make an a.. of us all? I’ll finish with this; for over 400 per night being able to spend time on the river fishing each day, and not having to drag 2 18month-old toddlers to the state park day, it was worth every penny.

Awesome Property; Perfect Location!

This is the second time I have stayed at this great spot (first time was with my sister & nephew; they absolutely loved this place!). This retreat was a solo adventure. The property location is fantastic; The spot on the Llano River has a sandy beach- fishing & swimming at this location are great. Across the property is pristine nature/unoccupied land- The view is so peaceful. Mornings on the back patio with coffee are A+. Upon check-in the place was spotless; everything was in order. The property management is friendly & responsive. When I visited- they are working on a new house next door (a new build); the noise was minimal. I used the property as a "jumping off point" for small day trips in the area (hit different spots on the Llano River up in Llano, went over to Castell, hit the Kingsland Slab which is less than 10 minutes away). In summary I love this spot: The price is extremely fair. The property is a bit dated but is so comfy & clean/in order. I'm hoping to return early summer 2025 with my sister & nephew!!! Thank you so much on making this property available.
