Great home! Poor management
We loved the home, its brand new, in a great location and well equipped overall. However, vacasa, that manages the property was really poor in terms of communication. I called/texted several times to get us an early check because we were there earlier then 4pm (check in time) and even though there was no one(not even cleaning crew) in the home when we arrived, they kept telling us to wait for a text between 12pm - 3pm, which by the way we never received. So if you need anything after you book or while you are there, you will go through their customer service line and talk to a different team member every time and not get a direct answer. We have booked several homes through VRBO in the past and typically there is someone locally who you can get in touch with right away if you need anything. The code for the main gate to the neighborhood, which closes after a certain time at night, was never given to us and if it wasn't for the going out gate being broken, I don't know how we would have got back in late.We left an item in the house and I had to wait for over two days to get any answer from them and have had to keep following up on my end. They finally found my item and I'm waiting for communication from their "local team" to get an update on shipping.
