Great Location, vrbo sucks.

The house, location and proximity to the lake is great. The layout makes for a very spacious resort like feel with separate rooms and bathrooms for more privacy. Great place and plenty of potential for a fun getaway. Would be 5 stars if there was a better management company. Would highly reccomend this place, but save yourself the $150 and book directly through vacasa. The management company is what makes this review only 3 stars. Very hard to communicate with AI robots and no direct help from the Host with anything. There is a third party site (vacasa) listed on VRBO, so VRBO is not managing the listing. Any questions we had are just regurgitated from the listing info by the vacasa robots. On check in the place felt like they did not finish cleaning and some beds even were missing sheets.

Spring Break

This house is perfect for our family of adult children with families of their own. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything we needed, guys all enjoyed fishing off the boat dock. We plan to come back again.

Great place for our family trip.

Nice place with plenty of room for everyone. The only problem we had was there was no propane for the bbq pit. There was 3 propane tanks and all were empty. We were able to buy propane at HEB to bbq.

Great location

The location is excellent as the boat traffic isn’t nearly as bad as down the lake. House is good. Yard is pretty. Water level was good. Dock setup is very nice. Pictures are misleading as the boat and jetski slip are empty and that’s not the case in reality. There is a pull up spot open for a jet ski. The management company doesn’t respond to questions on the VRBO app. Overall a great place. Will stay again.

Property was as listed and met our needs very well. However, pictures in listing did not show a boat in the lift and we always bring our boat so need a lift every night. The pictures without the boat led us to believe we would be able to use the lift, that there was no boat on site

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Super spacious and beautiful views inside and outside. Appreciated the the 2 refrigerators and double ovens. All the beds were very comfortable. Children had a blast in the water and our 2 puppies loved the yard! All involved had a great time!

Great place, loved it

One of the best places we have stayed recently. The view is superb and we enjoyed the boating deck and the backyard. Spacious bedrooms with the attached bath was very helpful. We will be definitely coming back here.

Best lake house weekend ever!

Charming spacious house with beautiful water view from large windows. We enjoyed the two living areas and all the rocking chairs on the deck. Loved the long dining table with plenty of room for all 10 of us and the well-stocked galley kitchen with serving bar. Four roomy bedrooms with lots of comfortable beds. Swimming and fishing, easy in and out of water for our kayaks, and star gazing from the great deck on top of the boat house. Fenced yard for our dogs. Can't wait to go back!

Family weekend

We had a wonderful weekend getaway! - The house was clean and spacious! - We had our pups with us so we loved the deck and fenced in backyard, which was quite large. - Easy access to the lake and boat dock, which was an incredible view. We hope to make it back one day!

Had a great stay but do you have a few recommendations.

Had a great stay but do you have a few recommendations. We would definitely recommend that there be better lighting at this location, in the evening there is not enough light in the backyard or down at the boat dock. This made it a very hard getting around out there late in the evening. Even possibly some solar lights would help. The pull out sofa in the little living room is completely worn out and cannot really be slept on, Would definitely recommend replacing that. Luckily we had brought an extra blowup mattress which we had to use instead. Overall we had a great stay and was a comfortable house and on a nice part of the lake.

Great Holiday weekend

This was a great place for the holiday weekend. The location and set up is perfect for you to bring your family and friends and enjoy the lake. We were able to dock our boat And jet skis for use all weekend, cook outside, enjoy nights on the deck and plenty of room for yard games for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place to stay and wonderful location. The house is well cared for and well-equipped with everything. The only thing you need to bring is beach towels. :-) We will definitely rent this property again!
