Arriving at the Linkside property, a grand turning circle welcomes you on the drive. Within the property you are met with the buildings lobby. Gracefully decorated in soft colours with large potted plants that emphasise the beauty of the building.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with a small staircase leading to the front door. Upon entry to the property you are welcomed into the entrance hall, continuing into the hallway of bedrooms. Storage for coats, shoes and umbrellas are tucked away behind the gorgeous mahogany built-in cupboard. Adjacent to the cupboard you are welcomed into the bright and airy open plan lounge and dining room. A unique quirky aspect of this property stems from the original 70’s décor that still remains. The U-shaped kitchen offers counter space for the preparation of meals, with a wide array of appliances including an electric oven and hob, freestanding fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. A serving hatch through to the dining room is an original feature that not only boasts charm and character but allows you to serve meals and keep the party feeling connected and together. A characterful family bathroom still maintaining original features of the turquoise suite bring fun and charm to this apartment.
