Flint Cottage, purchased by the current owners in 2021, has been thoughtfully extended and refurbished over the course of 2022 and 2023.
The house is located in the beautiful AONB village of Brancaster Staithe. Located just a 2 minute walk from the Peddar’s Way Coastal Path, the well regarded White Horse Pub and the extensive range of shops and facilities at Burnham Deepdale. Further afield, Burnham Market is 2 ½ miles, infamous beaches of Brancaster and Holkham, which are 2 miles and just under 7 miles respectively.
The house comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults, plus two children, over 5 bedrooms. Three king size beds, two of which are en-suite, twin bedroom and a bunk room, with a further two bathrooms and a separate WC. Accommodation is over a single level.
Flint Cottage has a large open plan family kitchen, dining room and sitting room, a separate snug, study and utility room. A terraced area, with BBQ and a good sized south-west facing lawned garden, with views upto Barrow Common. There is off-road parking for 4 cars, together with an EV charging point
