Everything was okay, the decor in the room was nice, although perhaps a bit on the tired side. The whole thing felt a bit like supported living, with a very NHS hospital-style shared hallway and stairwell. Perhaps the feeling was exacerbated by not actually meeting anyone; it felt very cold. I think this might just be the new weirdness BnBs have become, sort of like room farms or something. There was certainly a lack of personal love to the whole thing. Bring back the strict old lady hosts and actual breakfasts!

Easy property to get to from train station. Very clean and nice patio at back to relax in after long days exploring. Owner replied promptly when details needed for checkin and did not have England call source. Area busy but tons on transport buses, taxis near and ended up walking to all places including train station to next destination.

Self check in, so no interaction with the staff, but detailed instructions were sent for parking and entry. Very cozy, clean single room with a mini fridge! Rare item to have in GB accommodations. I arrived late and left early so did not have a chance to see any other part of the building.

I have been coming here for the best part of three years and I just love it. Always clean, nicely done rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, Netflix and communal kitchen and amazing garden. Helen and her team are so welcoming. Thanks for another exceptional stay

We had a good stay, it was clean and kitchen facility is good, but because it’s converted house into hotel, we can hear people talking, walking, trying to get into room, etc. and it’s on main road, noise from the cars. The garden was a treat, though. Thank you!

It was a really well presented place in the heart of KL. Modern with all the facilities you could want and more, I particularly liked the communal kitchen area. It wasn't the hotel I was supposed to be staying in, I ended up there due to a mix up, but I'm glad I did. Couldn't fault it. I was a bit fazed by the technical check in system due to worry about it actually working but it was fine. I'd have liked a bedside table or shelf but other than that it had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

This was a 1-night stay for work. I was in room 4, which had a window to the front of the property overlooking London Road. The room was spacious, had a small fridge. Bed was comfortable. I asked for decaf tea and coffee and got a message back from owner that they did not provide decaf. The ensuite for this room was down a set of steep stairs. The ensuite itself was great, but not good if you don't like steep stairs. Thankfully there was a fan in the room, as I was staying on one of the hottest nights of the year and I had to shut the window due to the road noise. Good communication from owner.

Stayed here while visiting family. Immaculate rooms and very spacious! You get great value for money. The beds are very comfy. Despite the bathroom being shared, it wasn't a problem; it was a lovely shower and bath. Unfortunately one of the other guests stupidly set off the alarm at nearly 1am but the owner was very responsive and communicated what happened to reassure us. I was impressed. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre, and there's a convenience store next door and lovely little cafe on the same street.
