No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind (including tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and in all common areas
BBQ: An electric BBQ is provided. Open-flame BBQs are not permitted per HOA regulations. Please do not bring your own
Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21 years or older and provide a valid photo ID, credit card, and a signed rental agreement before arrival
Compliance: Guests may incur city fines for noise violations or exceeding occupancy or parking limits
