Darling North Shore neighborhood with miles of walking trails, backs up to the regional park. Across the street from a lovely, sandy public beach with boat ramp, kayak and paddle board rentals. Within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Free public transit less than 5 minute walk. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs! 10 minutes to NorthStar, 21 minutes to Squaw/Alpine. NOTE: base price does NOT include 10% Placer County TOT or the 2% Tourism Tax. These are charged when you book.
