The room we checked into hadn’t been cleaned. The staff was rude. The pool area was dirty. The hot tub was cold - when we informed the staff, one staff member came, felt the hot tub and said “it’s warm enough”. The breakfast only went until 9 and was poor selection. The room we were in was incredibly drafty near the window. The stove top didn’t work. I am not a picky hotel person but I would never stay here again

The housekeeping at this hotel wasn’t great. It was clear that my room had been hastily turned over. Old Keurig pod left in the coffee machine, no coffee cups, water rings on the bedside tables. The bed was comfortable. My coworker was given a room that looked completely ransacked. The mattress was pulled off the bed, sheets everywhere, a complete disaster. They were able to give him a different room, but a very negative impression was left. The fitness centre at this hotel is an embarrassment to the Best Western brand. I travel for work and this is by far the worst gym I have seen in any hotel. Filthy equipment, broken equipment, filthy floors, garbage on the floor, and disgustingly marked up mirrors. No towels available. Right next to the hot tub and pool area, without air conditioning, so it was stifling. Living on the road, you have to make do, but the entire time I was doing my workout, I was writing this review in my head. Just gross.
