Our tranquil bush retreat is perfectly positioned to showcase the best of the bush, the bay and the beach. This home set amid a lush native landscape on a few rolling acres with expansive bush and garden views. Immerse yourself in relaxation as you soak in the swim spa or cosy up by the fireplace on the cooler evenings. With no neighbors in sight, you can truly enjoy your privacy and serenity and unwind yourself in nature, it’s the ideal holiday choice for families or groups.

The space
Our home is beautifully decorated and has everything you'd need for a home away from home stay, it’s single level with very easy access, many features to note:
• A large resort-style swim spa, heated suitable for all-year-round use
• Outdoor sitting on generous sun-lit timber entertaining decks with relaxing bush surrounds
• Four bedrooms, including one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two singles/spit king, open plan kitchen and spacious living/dining.
• Two modern bathrooms with quality amenities including hair dryers
• Fully equipped kitchen good for any chefs or cooks
• Spacious dining room for up to 8 people
• Reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area, ceiling fan in all bedrooms
• Slow Combustion fireplace in living/dining area
• Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer
• Wi-Fi, smart TV, DVD player and board games
• Plenty of onsite off-street parking, undercover carports for three cars
• A spring Free trampoline and basketball hoop

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property and full privacy.
Other things to note
We provide high quality bedding linen and bath towels which are included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, all beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. Unfortunately, we don't provide beach towels, please BYO beach towels.

Complimentary porta cot and high chair is available on request, please BYO linen for the cot.

Pets are not accommodated.

We provide a Lavazza A Mode Mio pod Coffee machine and milk frother, we will provide 8 complimentary coffee pods for you start, if you prefer more, please head to the local Coles supermarket to purchase. We also offer French coffee press and ground coffee. You will also find instant coffee and a small selection of tea are there for you to enjoy.

Barbeque is provided, please clean after use.

Guests must be over 25 to book our property with exception for the right guests, please contact us if you are under 25 and wish to book. We adopt a “No Party” policy ---- under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.  Guests who break the “No Party” policy will be immediately evicted, and no refund will be given.

Only booked guest are permitted to stay at the property, if you wish to have any extra guests (includes day visitors) in addition to the booked guests, you will need to advise us prior to your stay for written permission.

Our property is for booked guest accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans are allowed. The following activities are not permitted at our property: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

About the Area
Kincumber South in the NSW Central Coast serves as an ideal base to explore the region's wonders. Stroll to the nearby golden beaches with crystal-clear waters, swim in the amazing local ocean pools, be spoiled for choice at one of the many local surf beaches. Despite its private location, it’s close to everything, within minutes easy walk to waterfront and public wharf, within five minutes’ drive to boat ramps and several beaches, including MacMasters Beach, Copacabana, Avoca Beach and Terrigal. For the nature lovers, the Famous Bouddi national park and Kincumber Mountain provides many walking trails.
There are so many activities to choose from nearby, tennis courts, golf driving range, golf course, bowling clubs, stand up paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking or even surfing lessons, while anglers will enjoy the many recreational fishing spots along the coastline. You are also spoiled with choice of restaurants, as Central Coast have so many great cafes, pubs ,clubs and fantastic eateries to suit every budget. For food and grocery, our closest shopping centre is less than 5 minutes away. You can join one of our many local markets for something unique, or spend the day for boutique shopping at Terrigal or Ettalong.

Getting around
Within five minutes drive, you will be at a few local beaches, including Macmaster beach, Copacobana, Avoca beach and Terrigal. If you would like to explore a bit further, we have Wamberal and Bateau Bay on the North and Killcare and Wagstaffe on the South. With 20 minutues drive, you will reach the Entrance to the north, and Ettalong/Umina Beach to the south.
Gosford and Woy Woy which have train station to Sydney and Newcastle is about 18 minutes away.
